Science 2019: Powering Young Minds
KUCHING, 17 AUGUST 2019, SATURDAY: Sarawak Energy’s brand signature programme, Sarawak Community Innovation Engineering Competition Exhibition or SCIENCE kick starts today at The Hills, Kuching.
Organised in collaboration with The Learning Curve, over 300 students from throughout Sarawak are in the city to showcase their engineering creations in line with this year’s SCIENCE theme “Smart Home and Future Living”.
The event, which aims to encourage interest in science, technology, engineering and mathematics, will culminate tomorrow with the announcement of which team came up with the most innovative and creative project.
SCIENCE 2019 is held in conjunction with the National Science Week and is supported by the Ministry of Education, Science and Technology Research (MESTR) Sarawak, Ministry of Energy, Science, Technology, Environment and Climate Change (MESTECC) Malaysia, Sarawak Multimedia Authority and Education Department Sarawak.
