KUCHING, 12 October 2012 -Sarawak Energy, in its efforts to enhance customers' satisfaction, would like to call upon the public to report any malfunctioned street lighting to Sarawak Energy’s Technical Service Call Centre at 082-333111.  In our efforts to mitigate the problem, the public’s cooperation to report such cases will help shorten the time to locate faulty street lights and further enhance its services.         

Sarawak Energy would like to stress that public safety is its utmost concern and priority.

‘We are very concerned with the safety of our customers and road users.  As such, we would greatly appreciate it if any member of the public would get in touch with us and let us know where the faults are and we will rectify the problem in the shortest possible time’, said a Sarawak Energy spokesperson.
