Dear Valued Customers,

Effective from 30th November 2018, Sarawak Energy's Customer Service Counter at Pending will be closed and relocated to a new location at Saradise, BDC. The new counter is expected to commence operation before end of next month (December).

During this relocation period, customers are advised to visit our counter at Wisma SESCO, Petra Jaya or UTC, Jalan Bukit Mata, Kuching. Alternatively, customers may also do transactions via SEB cares mobile application which is available at Google Playstore and iOS App Store.
