ANNUAL & SUSTAINABILITY REPORTS

In 2019, we published our first combined Annual and Sustainability Report (ASR) for the voluntary disclosure of our corporate information including operational and sustainability performance in one platform. This reflects our commitment to transparent corporate reporting for our shareholders and stakeholders.

Although Sarawak Energy is a wholly Sarawak Government owned company and not subject to the disclosure requirements of a public listed company, the report is guided by local and international best practices in corporate statutory reporting such as Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad’s Listing Requirements, the Malaysian Code on Corporate Governance, GRI Sustainability Reporting Standards and incorporates recommendations from the Task Force on Climate-related Financial Disclosures.
