GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to Sarawak Energy customers registered under the main and sub‐metering scheme. These customers may be classified as Main Metered Customer or Sub‐Metered Customer.

The GTC define the boundaries of authority and responsibility between Sarawak Energy, the main meter owner(s) and the sub‐meter owner(s) regarding meter installation and the subsequent processes in supplying electricity.
