Grievance Mechanism
The availability of an effective and adequate grievance mechanism is important in the management of grievances from the affected local communities and other stakeholders for the efficient operation of the Bakun HEP.
The objective of this Grievance Mechanism is to ensure comments, responses, feedback and grievances are handled in a fair and transparent manner, in line with Sarawak Energy’s core values and best practices.
