Grievance Mechanism
The availability of an effective and adequate grievance mechanism is important for managing grievances from affected local communities and other stakeholders to ensure the efficient operation of Bakun HEP.
The objective of this Grievance Mechanism is to ensure that comments, responses, feedback, and grievances are handled in a fair and transparent manner, in line with Sarawak Energy’s core values and best practices.
